Yes! In the event planning stage we will design a menu that accounts for any and all allergies, dietary restrictions, aversions, and preferences.
Chef Ezra will prepare the majority of the food offsite, prior to arriving at your event. He will bring all of the necessary portable equipment (i.e. pots/pans/knives/grill/etc.) and will use the stove/oven to finish cooking everything that needs to completed at the moment. A detailed understanding of what equipment may be needed will be communicated with you ahead of time.
Chef Ezra will arrive at your home/event space approximately 1-2 hours prior to your guests, to start setting up. He (and his team, if necessary) will leave once everything from the event is packed and the space is cleaned, leaving your kitchen spotless.
Each event is entirely unique and personalized to you, and is therefore subject to a number of factors that determine the final pricing. After a free consultation call, you will receive a proposal with all of the details of your event and pricing.
Pricing is typically determined according to the number of guests at your event, and reflects everything from the style of service (i.e. individually plated dinners, family style, buffet, etc.), to menu choices, to every detail in between.
Events start at $100 per person.
